We strive to provide a safe place for our campers to enjoy camp. One of the ways we facilitate a culture of safety is by screening all volunteers starting with background checks for all who desire to serve.

TBC Volunteer Application Process

  • Complete a background check using the link below
  • Once approved, TBC staff will send you a link to COMPLETE our Online Volunteer Application
  • TBC staff will review your application and reference forms and communicate the next step to you
  • If accepted, prepare to serve at TBC!

Important: Do not purchase tickets or plan travel until you receive confirmation that you are accepted as a volunteer
